Students are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Submitting the club registration form below is an agreement to pay the full registration fee in exchange for a roster space for the duration of the advertised club season.
Please fill out only one registration form for each participating student.
After you have successfully submitted this form, you will receive an electronic invoice or a notice if the class roster is full within 2 business days.
We invoice via PayPal which allows for guest checkout for those who do not have a PayPal account or desire to create one.
