Our terms and conditions are intended as measures that will allow us the efficiency to reach more kids with STEM learning opportunities. We realize and appreciate that each of our customers are coming from a shared desire to help kids grow in their knowledge of the world we live in.
We believe in putting the kids first and these terms enable us to do that on a greater scale. While these terms are non-negotiable, we do recognize that rare exceptions may be appropriate. If you feel that is your situation, please communicate your need with us and we will do our best to help.
All invoices for registration forms submitted after the given registration deadline will include a $15 late registration fee to cover additional processing.
This fee is in no way connected to the timing of your payment. Refer to "Payment Deadline / Late Payments" for related info.
The registration fee must be paid by the registration close date as listed on the promo flyer. Any invoices with an outstanding balance at the end of the registration closing date will be updated to reflect a $15 administration fee.
A refund, minus credit card processing fees, is available if requested at least 3 business days before the first class date. No refunds will be offered based on students' club attendance or cancellations that are beyond our control. We will attempt to reschedule classes that are canceled by unforeseen or uncontrollable events.
Registration fees are paid to reserve space in the club for the duration of the club season. As such, registration is a full commitment to the club season and it's associated fees.
We do not prorate registration fees.
A free 15-minute grace period will be given each week of class. After the grace period expires, the instructor will walk any remaining children to aftercare. If a child is not accepted by the aftercare program at the school, the parent will be billed according to the schedule below.
1st Occurrence: $20.
2nd Occurrence: $30.
3rd Occurrence: $50. Additionally, the student may be removed from the roster without a refund.
Any instance where a child is picked up more than 30 minutes after class ends will be treated as though it were the 3rd occurrence.
You are welcome to observe quietly in the back. Many instructors are happy to have an extra set of hands, so feel welcome to offer assistance and get involved! We love to see parents involved with their child's education and this is a really fun way you can get involved if you choose to.
